All rooms at the Carlton Crest Hotel include modern facilities such as Sony Playstations, movies on demand, Internet and E-mail access, guest messaging and account review. A smoke free policy was also introduced for the hotel foyer, and undercover car parking is available to all hotel guests (charge applies).

The Carlton Brasserie features buffet-style breakfast, and the award winning Picasso's Restaurant offers lunch and dinner menus capturing all the flavours of the Mediterranean.

The Carlton Crest Hotel has an industrial hoist available with a five tonne capacity, used to bring vehicles into the hotel for functions or promotional purposes.

The Conference and Banqueting space capabilities make it the largest venue with accommodation rooms in the City of Brisbane.
