The Polish Place is located on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland, 40 minutes drive from the Gold Coast and 1 hour from Brisbane. Uniquely located on the western escarpment, The Polish Place boasts 180-degree views to the west, with stunning sunsets all year round.

The charming, fully self-contained timber cottages with sweeping cathedral ceilings have panoramic views of the Great Dividing Range to the West, and are complete with kitchen, laundry, dining/lounge room with spa, bedroom and bathroom. The wood-log fireplace is situated in living area, and adds to the ambience of the cottage. All cottages have air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, hand painted crockery from Poland, glassware and cutlery and linen are provided. Guests can have meals delivered to the cottage, as well as our range of Polish beers and specialty vodkas.

Guests of The Polish Place can enjoy magnificent views and sunsets over the Great Dividing Range from your own balcony, the charm and warmth of the wood-log fireplace, comfort of unwinding in your own spa bath (in your lounge room!) a full hearty breakfast at your own pace and evening-sunset dining in our licensed restaurant (Fri-Sat) or midweek guests can have meals delivered to their cottage. Picnic hampers are also available for day trips and complimentary picnic hamper for 3 night stays.

The Polish Place is situated on the western escarpment of Tamborine Mountain, and boasts one of the most idyllically located restaurants in the country. The large rambling garden is perched on the mountainside and shaded by giant gums, which are the playground for Rainbow Lorrikeets (birds). Guests can eat in the outdoor setting among the Lorikeets, who are most likely steal some cream of your cake! The new indoor restaurant (open September 2004) also boasts views and sunsets to the west, as well as a large open wood-log fireplace, and traditional Polish country decor.
